    • Where can I find out more about PETfection spa products and the other products you list on your website? Please visit our About Us page.

    • Where are you located? We are located in the Detroit, Michigan area. All of our manufacturing of the spa products occurs here too!

    • Where can I find a list of ingredients for the different spa products? Although we like to list key ingredients within the products description, we do not have an entire list of ingredients listed separately. Please contact us with the product you would like the ingredient information on and we will gladly respond back!

    • Do your spa products list the directions and ingredients on their label? Yes absolutely! If you need further clarification or have additional use questions after you have received your product, don't hesitate to contact us. We want you to feel comfortable with using the product(s)!

    • What are your products packaged in? All of the spa products we manufacture are packaged in recyclable containers made of plastic or glass. The plastic containers are either PET (polyethylene) or PP (polypropylene). Not only are these containers recyclable, but they are free of endocrine disrupters like BPA found in other plastics.                                               
    • Can I use several products at once? You sure can! For example, if your dog has a hot spot or other irritating spot, you can spray the Hot Spot/Wound Spray, Deodorizer/Allergy Spray, and Paw Cream on it all at the same time or space them out throughout the day. There won't be any type of "chemical reaction" between the products and they will not cause increased irritation by applying them. Now, we do recommend using only our products at one time. If you are also going to use a chemical based product, or a product of a different brand, we suggest using them at different times of the day since we do not know what ingredients are in these other products.

    • Are the spa products safe if my dog licks them? Yes! The products we manufacture contain non-toxic ingredients that are safe individually, and combined in the final product, if licked. They are all absolutely chemical free!

    • Do you ship internationally? Yes! We are currently shipping to most countries.

    • How do you ship and how quickly? We ship USPS or UPS and usually ship either the same day or next, unless the product is on backorder.

    • What are your shipping rates? Shipping charges are based on total dollar amount. You can view them for your country here. 

    • Do you offer free shipping? All orders over $55.00 ship free in the USA. Sorry, we are unable to offer free shipping to other countries at this time.

    • Are your products available in stores? All of the PETfection branded spa products can be found in different retail stores and grooming shops in the USA. You can view the states and stores the products are currently in here.

    • I'm interested in retailing your products, where can I find more information? If you are a pet store, online website, vet clinic, boarding facility, or grooming shop with an active Tax ID number, you are eligible to set up a wholesale account with us. Please submit your information here.

    • Can I follow PETfection online? Definitely! You can find us on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and Linkedin. Please scroll to the bottom of this FAQs page and you will see the circle icons for each social media site. Click on them and follow us! Thank you in advance. :D

    • Do you ever have sales or offer discounts on your products? Yes! You can find certain sale items on the website here. We also send out coupon codes to use online through our email newsletter list. Please subscribe right below these FAQs on the right hand side of our website, or you can subscribe when you checkout.

    • Are your grooming products safe for pregnant or nursing dogs? When it comes to pregnant or lactating females, we like to err on the side of caution. We do not market our products as safe to use on pregnant or lactating females due to the fact they contain essential oils. We always advise you to speak with a holistic veterinarian about the specific product you are interested in before using.                                                                                
    • Are your grooming products safe to use on a puppy or kitten? We do recommend the puppy or kitten to be at least 12 weeks old before using the products. If you are going to use a Puppy Suds Shampoo before this age, we recommend diluting it down first. You can dilute up to a 50% concentration. Avoid using the shampoo around the eyes and any surgical incisions from spaying/neutering until fully healed.                                                           
    • Can a gift card be used more than once? Yes, if there is still a balance remaining on the card.                                                                    
    • Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase? Yes. You can use as many as you’d like during checkout.

    • Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card? No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

    • Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes? Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

    • Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code? Yes because they are a form of payment!
